“I engaged Manhattan Roofing to refurbish my roof. I highlighted a low spot in my roof where water was pooling and was assured that it would be repaired. After the repairs the water continued to pool in the same area. I called George Stewart several times and each time he assured me that he was coming out to look at my concern (mind you this was what I specifically asked them to resolve). No one ever came. This year after the last heavy snow more water came in and damaged the inside of the house from the same area I specifically asked them to repair. I had to pay $2000 to re-do the work Manhattan roofing should have done the first time and then another $2000 to repair the interior damage. I would sue them for the money back but they are not registered as a business with the department of state. They are not even a real business but they are coming up in searches. I recommend finding a real company where the warranty means something. I had to pay twice to get my roof repaired properly.
