“Called PRS regarding a leak , Phil came out and did a full review of my roof. Phil gave me an estimate to replace my roof but with no pressure to do so as not needed at this time. During his evaluation he did identify two issues one a loose tile which he fixed that was allowing rain to get in and secondly a problem left by the installation on my new hvac system this past spring. He provided photos of the roof so that I can address this issue with hvac company. I would definitely recommend PRS to anyone who might have a roofing issue or is considering a new roof .
