“I drove my car off a used car lot and immediately noticed crusted buildup in several interior areas and a lingering odor. I contacted Paul’s Austin Mobile Detailing, explained these issues clearly, and was quoted for an interior deep detail and ozone treatment. I specifically mentioned the crusted-on areas and the odor as the main reasons for booking. After the first service, the odor was still present and several crusted areas were untouched. I was under the impression that a “deep detail,” as it was promoted to me, would include cleaning the seats and carpets, which was not done. I spoke with the owner, and a technician was sent out a second time. While a few small items were addressed, multiple crusted areas were still missed, and the ozone treatment did nothing to improve the odor. Some of the residue left behind was easily removable with light manual effort. After two visits, the issues I originally reached out about were still not resolved. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for the price or the description of the work.”

“I would prefer to give this detailing business a zero but, unfortunately this was not a good experience, for my friend. The quality of work did not match what was advertised or what she was invoiced. There were several areas that were missed entirely and the vehicle did not look professionally detailed when finished. She reached out to give them a chance to address it, but the response didn't resolve the issue based on my experience, I would not use this business. I am posting this so others can make an informed decision.”

“I was disappointed with my service. I had read so many great reviews and was excited to have my truck given a good clean but was definitely disappointed in a few areas. Although I had a large amount of pet hair, which was completely removed, the quality of cleaning was lacking. I expected to have a service tech named Kane, who I had heard so much about but instead I got a young man who was brand new to the company and it definitely showed. Yes the pet hair was removed but the wipe down was seriously lacking, windows especially. I ended up having to wipe down most of them because there was some kind of residual cleaner on them. The rear view mirror, dashboard and media console all had smudges and some kind of spray that looked like it was never wiped down. I told the young man that anything left in the truck could be thrown away and he instead left it on the driveway, the trash can was maybe 10 feet from my truck. I paid for the hair removal service because I have two dogs who shed a lot, but it was like this guy was insulted or felt like he was lied to. He complained that it took him so long but he showed up late in the first place and then sat on his phone for a good 30 min when he finally got here. I understand some of these are little things here and there but these problem start to accumulate. Not sure if I will use this service again, and I feel bad because this was a package that was gifted to me by my dad.”
