“This is my first time using Mobile Wash Express. I don’t recall using but he stated I did. My experience was incredibly poor and inconvenient. I booked a 10:30 AM appointment, but they didn’t arrive until 11:45 AM. Everything was an issue—not just the late arrival, but also the overall quality and service.
The quality of the service was lacking, and the customer service was even worse. They didn’t do anything to rectify the situation, and I had to pay $45 after they were late, even though there was no discounted rate.
The appointment was scheduled, and they claimed that they were late due to late appointments. But what’s the purpose of having an appointment if you’re not going to be on time? If you’re not going to be on time, that’s not quality service or customer service. They should have gone above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience.
They did clean the car for their quality control , which I didn’t even know about. but that’s not enough to make up for the poor service. They still demanded that I pay them before they inspected or left, which is not what I expected when I booked an appointment. Where is the morals and the values and integrity etc of services anymore very disappointing.
I had no idea that these things could happen, so I wouldn’t have booked a service with them if I had known. I’ll be going back to my original mobile car wash service.”
