“Duy was great, he came out at 1 AM when our toilet and tub backed up and flooded the bathroom. He recommended a restoration service, which we are also happy with, to deal with the damage and kept in contact with us and them while working with us. Our clog ended up being a lot more complicated than expected, but Duy kept us up to date and let us know everything he was doing beforehand. His prices are fair and reasonable, though any plumbing problem is going to be an expensive endeavor. On top of all of that, he is very nice and personable and kept our dog happy!
