PuroClean's staff were very courteous and handled themselves professionally each time they visited.
The only qualms I have with them is that they did not inspect my upstairs given the scope of the pipe burst (attic) and toilet line break in the upstairs bedroom of that unit. Since their inspection, the clothes rack in my upstairs master bedroom has both detached from the wall and fallen to the floor. Also, they did not return in a timely fashion to pick up their fans, but had to be called and reminded to do so.”
