“UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE:
You should know exactly what project this is from the photos. If you want to rectify the issue then contact Sopra communities and arrange to have a time to come and clean up your work. If you really want to rectify the issue the come and redo the main entry slab so it’s a closer color match. It’s been nearly two months so I doubt you take it that seriously!

Our HOA hired this company to do some concrete repair work at our condominium complex in downtown Denver and they did a horrible job. I get it that you can’t get an exact match of concrete that’s 20 years old but they didn’t even come close. There’s existing concrete repair work in our complex that is much closer in a color match than what these people provided.
What’s more bothersome is they did sloppy work and didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves making the adjacent older concrete look even worse.
They did come out to do a little cleaning but it was barely anything and they sloppy work is still there. I don’t know if there was a breakdown in communication between our HOA management company and this company but after several months of nothing I felt it necessary for I leave this review. It’s seriously strange that the people they sent to do clean up work for this job would think was an acceptable way to leave a work site. I would not recommend this company.”
