“After moving into our new house, my partner and i needed a deep carpet cleaning, so we reached out to Allen's Carpet Cleaning for help. eli and his team were super responsive and acted very professional from start to finish. the crew that came to clean our carpets took extra care with every step, and even gave us helpful tips for keeping our floors looking fresh between cleanings. they paid close attention to detail, making sure the carpets were spotless, and they even went above and beyond by removing cobwebs from the ceiling, which we really appreciated. logan handled the carpet cleaning part and was great at explaining the whole process, how long it would take, and answered all our questions. he made sure to let us know about any tough stains ahead of time, so we weren't surprised if they didn't come out completely, but he really tried his best on all of them. he was also careful not to damage any areas where the carpet was fragile, and made sure not to bump into our freshly painted walls. overall, i would highly recommend allen's carpet cleaning to anyone looking to get their carpets looking new again. the service was friendly, thorough, and made a big difference in our home.
