“Good for quarterly service but nothing more complicated than that. I switched from another company to Apple based on reviews for quarterly service and that went fine. Soon after we ended up having multiple neighbors that got termites so I asked them to do a termite inspection. They stated everything was fine and no signs of termites were found.
Fast forward a year later and an inspection company found termite droppings. I called and asked Apple if they could send me the paper work showing an inspection was done so I could give to buyer of home. I just wanted to let the buyer see that there had not been an issue going on for and that when an inspection was done in the last year nothing was found. They stated they do not write down any info on the termite inspection as it is complementary and has no warranty. I understand they did not treat for it and that there is no warranty but it should be noted in the system it was done. They refused to acknowledge or give me anything showing I had the inspection.Very very unhappy and will not be using them again.”

“Absolutely horrible service. The apartment i live at hired this company to inspect and spray. When they came by November 4, 2022, I arrived home after work to find my television damaged. I called and they informed me to call the apartment office trying to give me the run around. They were the only people that went inside my home that day and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused.”

“I live at Baypoint Apartments in Webster, Texas. I have lived there for three years and have been battling German roaches for that whole time. The manager at Baypoint Apartments, her name is Rosa and she hired Apple pest control out of Houston and they come every other week and are in the apartment for about three minutes And they don’t do anything about the infestation that I have. I have a terrible infestation and it’s making me sick. Apple pest control is the worst I have ever seen. If you call the company the secretary will not let you speak to a manager or give you anybody’s name. She refers you back to the apartment complex and that lady Rosa, who is horrible manages Baypoint Apartments in Webster, Texas. Don’t move here.”

“I live on Adobe Springs Apartments unit 2517. Just want to say that Yessica always does an excellent job and she goes into my apartment to do the I guess you call it “ to fumigate “ my apartment. When I am in my unit as she comes in, she does advise who she is and she explains me what she is going to do and I ask questions in regards of the roaches which is a huge problem at adobe springs, but she does explain what needs to be done. Fumigates the areas where I have the most trouble with roaches and tells me what to expect. She respects my dog Chloe and tells me that their products will not affect my dog. She is always very nice and attentive to my questions. Big kuddos to her and this is the kind of employees companies should hire as she is very empathetic to the client needs. Thanks so much.”

“They came to our door during the COVID crisis with zero regard for the fact that there are family members with suppressed immune systems and poor respiratory health here. Would not take “no” for an answer; I had to YELL at them to get them to leave.
It is unacceptable to do door-to-door sales calls right now. Please have some consideration for people with medical conditions. Thank you.
EDIT: The company says that they do not employ door to door sales people, but this person had a company polo shirt, which is where we got the name. I would recommend that the company discuss this with their personnel. I'll temper my stars rating to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it really appears that someone in the company sure didn't get the memo about what they're all about...!”
