There was a small miscommunication about including seat shampooing during the initial appointment, but when I called, they immediately offered a complimentary seat shampoo and got it scheduled right away, which I really appreciated.
Both the team that did the initial detail and Anthony, who handled the seat shampoo, were professional and easy to work with. Anthony also recommended and completed an additional odor treatment that really worked. Overall, great customer service and follow-through. I would highly recommend.”

I had been involved in an awful (under statement!!!) road rage situation and needed my car to be not just detailed but DISINFECTED as in my car was a literal bio hazard (road rager splashed his feces and urine that was in a gallon jug, into my car!!!!! As I write I still want to throw up like, what and the____!?!
Tony answered right away when I called Sunday am, he was compassionate, caring, listened to my needs and made some awesome suggestions on how to help. I was relieved. He shuffled his schedule around so he could help me asap. The next day, the team was early, texted they had arrived and showed up with a truck fully loaded and equipped and ready to get to work! Yes, my car was not only a biohazard but there was dog hair (blonde) on my black interior, and not to mention I hadn’t cleaned my car in several months.
I’ll admit I was hesitant that the smell would still linger, but that quickly vanished after they had showed me the AMAZING work they had done all <2.5 hours.
