After the plumbing designs were revised and the scope of work was reduced, we reached out multiple times requesting an updated estimate.

Despite several attempts, we never received a call back or any response regarding the revised estimate. The lack of communication made the process unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional.

“Let me tell you! It’s so hard to find good, experienced, reliable, Service repair people! We had a suspected laundry/Washer leak and had a repair guy come out for $120 this man told me it wasn’t the washer it was in the wall! He charged me and told me to call a plumber. I called Atlantis on my neighbors suggestion and based off reviews. Manny came out and he said off his 20 years experience he was sure it was the washer and not in the wall. This man opened my washer up took a full hour and found the leak in the washer. He saved me so much grief and it wasn’t even his actual job. The best part THE BEST PART! He didn’t even charge me. The company said we were good to go! I was flabbergasted! I am so grateful. These days it’s just not heard of and I will shout out Atlantis and Manny to anyone who needs plumbing services.
