“We contacted this company because they have been servicing our home for many years, so we expected professional service and a timely solution.
It took about a week and a half for them to come out after our initial call. They only offer huge time windows (8 AM–1 PM or 2 PM–6 PM), which means an adult has to stay home and miss work because they can’t narrow it down. That already shows a lack of customer service.
When the first technician finally arrived, our boiler had not been working the entire time. It was winter, very cold outside, and the house was freezing. He spent about 10 minutes looking at the gas heater and said a part needed to be ordered. Fine.
Another week passed. A second technician came, opened the heater
, and within 10 minutes said the ordered part didn’t fit and couldn’t be installed. At that point, the temperature inside the house was around 8–10°C (or even lower). It was impossible to live comfortably like that. He left and said they would need to order yet another part.
The service was extremely disappointing. The response time was slow, the scheduling was inconvenient, and the problem remained unresolved for weeks while we were left without heat in the middle of winter.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. Decide for yourself whether you want to deal with this kind of service.”
