We had a lot of sharp broken concrete blocks, a tall tree stump that grew into a chain-link fence, rose bushes, and other debris that needed to be removed and cleaned up. I hired Muhammed and the Caspian Horticulture Group to do a complete landscaping job. His suggestions took cost and budget into account. He plowed and graded the soil of the inner city property (which formerly was weeds, bricks, rock fragments, and clay) and reconstituted the grounds with organic mater to create a fertile growing space, upon which he planted fresh sod, specimen shrubs, and plants-each recommended by his landscape architect for certain shade or sun conditions at specific points on the property. Muhammed also prepared the grounds for a future patio. Underneath that patio space, deep under the earth, he installed a system of flow wells to absorb excessive run off from the gutters and storms. He has since followed up on the job and made further recommendations for complete ground coverage to be provided by the newly installed irrigation system. When Muhammed saw that extra materials were not needed at the end of the job, he reduced the total price by a substantial amount on his own. His attention to detail and workmanship is impeccable, and his communication is continual and progressive. To see craftsmanship and work ethic such as his is both rare and refreshing .I will book the Caspian group again, and recommend them to friends, with certainty.
