Frederick from Downtown Dreams Roofing delivered an exceptional service when he came to help our parents. He noticed storm damage that was previously missed, all the way from the ground. After obtaining permission, he climbed onto the roof and discovered wind and hail damage. Frederick kindly offered to assist with the insurance claim, however, my parents decided to handle it themselves. Upon inspection with the insurance adjuster, it was concluded that both the house and garage roofs required replacement. Frederick was a pleasure to work with, guiding us through the entire process. He even helped choose the right roofing shingles. The new roof was installed without any complications, and the overall experience with the company was fantastic!

He educated us about the significant cost savings of traditional shingles over metal, all while offering a lifetime warranty! Derek even checked our crawl space and provided us with a realistic estimate for any lumber replacement we might need. Our actual expense was only $70 more than expected, much less than the $200-300 he had initially mentioned. How many companies go that extra mile? It was clear that Derek and his team genuinely enjoy their work. From Marnie in the office to the roofing and spouting installers, the entire process was smooth and pleasant. They completed the roof and spouting in just one day, right before a rainstorm hit, and not a single plant or lawn decoration was harmed in the process. It’s rare to find a company that can make such a claim! We found them to be everything they promised: honest, thorough, polite, friendly, efficient, and professional. Saying this was the best decision we've made in a long time feels like an understatement. The new roof (which we chose based on Derek's recommendation, and it’s the perfect color for our home!) and the spouting have really transformed our house. We did get other estimates from local roofers, but Derek really listened to us and shared insights that saved us money. How many businesses can say that?

Revision: Derek, Roger, and Jared from Downtown Dreams Roofing have truly gone the extra mile to address a problem with our new roof that was caused by a manufacturing defect in the actual shingles, not the installation process. This issue, unfortunately, has now affected the entire roof. Despite this, I'm awarding them a 5-star rating because it is truly deserved. Amending my review: The customer service concerns I mentioned in my initial review have been satisfactorily resolved, so I'm elevating my rating accordingly. Initial review: Downtown Dreams Roofing installed a new roof on our home following some damage. I even opted for some of their high-end services. I did notice a few areas where the shingles weren't lying flat but was reassured that the sun's heat would smooth it out. However, this didn't happen, and on closer inspection, it appeared that both the underlayment and shingles were raised, almost like there was a nail not hammered in properly. When a new storm season approached, I reached out to them for an inspection. I got an appointment scheduled, but, unfortunately, no one showed up and there was no call to reschedule. I've attempted to reach them multiple times via phone and email, but I haven't received a response yet. So, for my review, I would say: If you choose Downtown Dreams Roofing for your roof replacement and everything goes smoothly, you'll be pleased. However, if you encounter any issues after installation, rest assured they will be addressed.

We spoke with several roofing contractors before making our decision. Out of all of them, Roger stood out for his expertise and the high-quality roofing materials and gutter package he suggested. Roger and Frederick, the foreman, were always easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed updates about our roofing project. When a small issue came up, Roger handled it right away and made sure we were completely satisfied. We've worked with many contractors over the years, and Roger was by far the most trustworthy and dependable. We are very happy with our new roof and the professional service provided.
