Technician was friendly. He was professional and worked quickly to fix our AC motor. The quick work probably could have been a little slower. Our AC ended up having the wiring left on the outside of the cover. It wasn’t like this when he started, I didn’t expect it to end up like this. (I am not the SME but) it doesn’t seem the correct way to go about this repair.

Hayden’s Service was excellent. Everything else at D&D was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Been at my address for 10 years have used D&D since I moved here for Air Conditioning, Plumbing and many other services. This job from beginning to end was horrible. Hayden was unable to fix Hot Water heater because I needed a part, a Flow Sensor. Had to have part ordered. He told me he would try to overnight it since he left my house at 1 PM, I didn’t think this was a big deal, this is America you can overnight anything you want, as soon as he left my house D&D became worst company in Midland, would not return calls after telling me they had to check to see if part arrived, would not let me speak to plumber to verify if I had the right part number to order myself since they had so much trouble getting part. I waited over 10 days for them to get part, never arrived. I ordered it and I overnighted the part myself (Because this is America) and when it arrived on weekend, they told me it would be an additional charge to come out on the weekend. I stated that the only reason I’m calling on weekend is because I ordered part myself and was unable to verify part number with D&D until Friday, right before 5. They Told me that was there policy, nothing they could do but note it on the bill. I will never use D&D again. No hot water for 10 days with temperatures below 20 in Midland Tx for all 10 days. Vivian at the office was no help, had an attitude, and didn’t care about “My Problem” Hayden was great, was not his fault; but a call back to alert me to a parts delay, a suggestion that I may want to order part myself before weekend arrives to avoid an additional charge, and or just some custom human courtesy would have all been appreciated. D&D let me down. I can’t put into polite words how I really feel about there service and there front office. Extremely Disappointed in a local company that I had been using for years to change overnight and put their customers last.
