They really went above and beyond to get our HVAC up and running despite our outside unit being on the roof of our second story condo. They normally don't do rooves but agreed because I had made the appointment with out realizing this. Our tech, Jordan, was knowledgeable and patient - he was apparently training another tech and was asking lots of questions to make sure the new guy was up to snuff. I didn't compare prices and theirs seemed to be at the high-end of the normal range for what needed done ($800 for replacing the contactor and the transformer that it blew when I shorted, as well as adding a fuse to protect the transformer if anything like this happened again), but a little extra $$ is worth the convenience and peace of mind dealing with a well-run outfit. By far the best experience I’ve had with plumbing services. Felipe and Greg showed up on time. They were extremely professional and helpful. We had multiple issues and instead of looking for ways to charge us more, they explained everything they were going to do and the process they were going to take. They also introduced us to the membership (which I highly recommend to anyone with a home that isn’t a certified plumber/electrician/HVAC technician). We went with the 5yr membership that covered not only the plumbing but all other home issues. 5yr Membership = $395 (just to snake 1 drain usually costs $300). I mentioned we had issues with the shower and the HVAC to Felipe and Greg. They immediately got on the phone with the dispatcher and had a shower technician (Andres) and an HVAC technician at our house in 30 min to check and give free estimates on repairs. I can’t thank Felipe and Greg enough for their time, customer service, and making home ownership easier. We have been burned before, so when my wife found Billy Go, I didn’t know what to expect and was hesitant at first. But Felipe and Greg were the perfect team to win us over and make us customers for life. We automatically called both parents, siblings, and a few friends to let them know about Billy Go to make their lives easier too. Today was the first time that I utilized this company as they were referred to me by my neighbor. I MUST ADMIT, I am rarely impressed by any company as I was this company from the minute I contacted them to request a service call. From the professionalism and conduct and knowledge of the service tech Jordan who repaired my heater. It stopped working at approximately 1:00 a.m. this morning. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable about my system and allowed me to watch and ask multiple questions which annoys many technicians. I will also let you know that I have a home warranty with American Home Shield but chose to not use them because of their lackadaisical, unprofessional, and uncaring, inability to fix anything properly or to my standards. I'm so glad I decided to use an outside company such as billyGO. They were absolutely terrific in their handling of me today during my first service call with their company. I will definitely be joining their annual plan and again I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Jordan and how this company and their notification process exceeded my expectations! Rarely, can I say this about any company that I deal with even if we have a great relationship. He made a thorough review and said they correct our issue today. I asked and he explained their Annual Service Agreement. I have cancelled our service agreement with Service Experts and will be using billyGO in the future. BTW, billyGO Service Agreement is $80 less than Service Experts.
