Neece Heating and Cooling Inc

When the summer sun beats down on Independence, you need an air conditioner that won't let you down. At Neece Heating and Cooling Inc, we specialize in keeping homes and businesses cool and comfortable with expert AC repair and installation services. Whether your existing system is blowing warm air, making strange noises, or simply not keeping up, our technicians arrive ready to diagnose and fix the problem efficiently.

We work on all makes and models—even if we didn't install your original unit. Our process starts with a thorough inspection to identify the root cause, then we provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins. If a repair isn't cost-effective or your system is beyond its lifespan, we help you choose a new high-efficiency unit that fits your budget and home size. We carry only dependable brands like GE, backed by a 12-year limited parts warranty.

Installation is just as important as the equipment itself. Our team properly sizes and installs your new AC to maximize performance and energy savings. We handle everything from removing the old unit to testing the new system, ensuring every vent blows cold. Plus, with financing options starting at $99/month, a new air conditioner is more affordable than you think. Don't sweat another summer—call us for AC repair or installation that lasts.

A broken furnace or heat pump on a freezing Independence night is more than an inconvenience—it's a safety risk. That's why Neece Heating and Cooling Inc offers fast, reliable heating repair and installation services to restore warmth to your home. Our technicians are trained to troubleshoot every type of heating system, including furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers, with precision and care.

When you call us for heating repair, we ask questions to narrow down the issue before we arrive, and our trucks carry the most common replacement parts. We can typically fix the same day, so you're not left waiting in the cold. If your heating bills have been climbing or certain rooms never seem warm enough, we recommend a professional inspection to check for duct leaks, aging components, or system inefficiency.

For those needing a complete upgrade, we install high-efficiency furnaces and heat pumps that lower your monthly energy costs while keeping your home perfectly warm. Our team helps you compare options, explains rebates and financing, and completes the installation with minimal disruption. Afterward, we test every component and walk you through maintenance tips to extend your new system's life. Choose us for honest heating service that puts your comfort first.

The best way to avoid emergency breakdowns and expensive repairs is routine maintenance. Neece Heating and Cooling Inc offers comprehensive maintenance plans and tune-ups for both air conditioners and heating systems, designed to keep your equipment running at peak performance year-round. Just like a car needs regular oil changes, your HVAC system needs professional attention to stay efficient and reliable.

During a typical tune-up, our technician will clean coils, check refrigerant levels, inspect electrical connections, lubricate moving parts, test thermostat calibration, and examine the condensate drain. For heating systems, we also inspect the heat exchanger for cracks and test carbon monoxide levels to ensure safety. These small steps can improve efficiency by up to 30%, lower your utility bills, and reduce the chance of a mid-season failure.

We recommend two tune-ups per year—one for your AC in spring and one for your furnace in fall. Many of our customers enroll in our maintenance membership, which includes priority scheduling, discounts on repairs, and extended equipment life. Whether you own a home or manage a commercial property in Independence, regular maintenance is the smartest investment you can make. Contact us to schedule your tune-up today and enjoy peace of mind all season long.
