We are extremely pleased with our solar system and the experience with Robco. From the initial contact to the turn on, all went ahead of schedule. Jorge was attentive to our questions and needs. He stayed closely in touch throughout the project. The solar installation is first-class. We looked at several other suppliers, and decided to purchase rather than lease. Most of the competitors were pushing that option. Our former home had a leased system and we ran into difficulties with buyers reluctant to take over the payments of an older system. We also preferred the microinverters that Robco was providing. We can monitor each panel's output and if one fails, Robco sees it also, and the system stays up. Our former home had a central inverter that failed. The system was down for nearly a month.

Adam was a great salesman and very knowledgeable. He was quick to answer all questions and keep me informed during the solar build project. Also, the install crew was punctual and did a very neat install as noted by the city building inspector. ROBCO even did some attic work to keep exterior conduit to a minimum. I had a wonderful and smooth experience from start to finish with my Robco Solar Panels. I got about 5 quotes, and I know I made a great decision with Robco. They were really organized and my sales consultant, Chelsey, kept me updated through each phase of the install. I had no surprises, and everything was straightforward and clearly explained to me. They were prompt in setting up my system and communicating with me. They took care of the paperwork and I only had to consult with my HOA. The install of the panels took only a day and a half, and the crew was prompt and professional. I highly recommend their work, and any future electrical needs, I plan to work with them.

We cannot say enough good things about Robco on the TWO instances we have used them!!! Krystal was our Solar Consultant when we installed solar on our house in July 2019. We met with three solar companies prior to her and was very underwhelmed by the other consultants from the other companies. One of our other proposals was to install a 5.13 Kilowatt System producing 6,758 kWh per year, so when Robco came in and offered a 5.84 Kilowatt System producing 10,335 kWh for virtually the same price, we knew who we should go with!!! The difference in being able to offer a system that would produce more electricity was that they were able to "reverse tilt" our panels that sit on the back side of our house (which faces North - the worst direction for solar panels). Our panels now sit at an angle that allows them to face South to capture much more of the sun's rays. Another item we "added on" to our solar package was an Attic Fan. This fan comes on when the temperature in our attic goes above 110*F, which helps to cool the attic, and thus reduce the power consumption of the air conditioning units. Our power bill has remained below $15.00 / month since NV Energy came out to energize the system at the end of August 2019. Right now we have a "credit" built up with NV Energy that will offset our usage in the upcoming summer (in addition to what our Solar Panels will produce in the summer months). Solar has been a GREAT investment for us. We will "break even" in approximately 9 years, but will continue to enjoy the "free" electricity the sun provides us for many more years after that. :) If you are thinking about going solar, please do not sign a contract with anyone else until you have spoken with Robco. They are VERY educated about solar and LOVE to share that knowledge with their customers. Krystal and her team are 5 stars all around!!! Terry (Supervisor) and Matt (Electrician)!!! My husband and I decided to update a few electrical items around our house and the only company we knew we could trust was Robco Electric because they had installed the Solar Panels on our house last summer and we were VERY satisfied with their work. When we bought our house, we had the very "Builder Standard" Hollywood Light Bar that you see in many homes in the Las Vegas Valley. We wanted to update those lighting fixtures to something a little more upscale, as well as change out the Bathroom Vent Fans for ones that are Bluetooth Bathroom Speaker Fans (Home NetWerks Brand) so we can listen to music while in the shower or bathtub. In addition to having the lighting and vent fans updated in both our Master Bathroom and our Guest Bathroom, we also had 3 dimmer switches and 2 fan controls installed to modernize our updated bathrooms!!! Another update we had made to our home was to have all of the wires that connect our TV to the internet and cable hidden behind the walls, and since we are fortunate to have our coat closet directly behind our television, we had the wires brought in there. That way the modem / router and Apple TV Box can all sit out of sight / out of mind in the closet and all we see is the TV and no unsightly cords below it!!! Matt was very thorough and thoughtful in all of the work he did - paying close attention to the little details that matter and checking with us throughout the process to make sure he was designing our "vision" for the TV cords correctly and that we were happy with the job from start to finish!!! Terry followed up after the job was complete to make sure all items had been addressed. The employees at Robco really do go out of their way to make sure that the customer is happy in the end and we will be hiring them again to run the wires for the 220 for a hot tub / spa that we are looking at purchasing later this year. I purchased a solar system from Robco Electric last fall and thus far I could not be more pleased! Although my brother recommended Robco as well, I obtained three bids and Robco had a very good presentation and pricing. Krystal was our rep and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and really nice to work with! These folks do not waste your time -- they show up when they say they will and complete the work when they say they will. They clearly know what they're doing and everything went without a hitch. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if the end results would be as predicted and, voila! We are producing the energy we need to run the house with a NV Energy bill of $20/month! Love that! I had the EV plug installed at the same time; Robco took care of that. And they handled all the permitting and inspections. Since we plan to stay in this house, I think it was an excellent investment, but even if we sell, I am certain it will add real value to the house. If I had it to do all over again, I would call Krystal without hesitation to have the Robco team install the solar system.
