Dissco

Your pavement is a critical asset, and protecting it requires the right materials for the job. At DISSCO, we are your comprehensive source for everything needed to maintain, repair, and extend the life of asphalt and concrete surfaces across Denver. We understand that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work, which is why we stock a vast selection of high-performance products from trusted brands.

For contractors, municipalities, and property managers, we offer premium crack sealing materials, including both hot-applied and innovative cold-applied polymer-modified sealants like UPM® Kold-Flo. Our inventory includes high-performance cold mixes for permanent patching, asphalt rejuvenators, seal coatings, and specialized adhesion promoters to ensure new hot mix bonds securely to old pavement. We also supply a full range of concrete repair mortars and hydraulic cements for vertical, overhead, and fast-setting applications.

Choosing DISSCO means partnering with a supplier that has hands-on field experience. We help you select the correct product for your specific climate, traffic load, and repair type, saving you time and ensuring a long-lasting result. Combined with our reliable delivery and technical support, we provide the material solutions that keep your projects—and your reputation—solid.

Effective waterproofing is non-negotiable for protecting structural integrity. DISSCO serves as both a manufacturer and distributor for a complete line of dampproofing and waterproofing solutions tailored for the demanding conditions of the Denver. From foundational coatings to advanced roof systems, we provide the products that create durable, moisture-resistant barriers.

We manufacture our own trusted lines, including DISSCO 521 Premium Grade and 721 Emulsified foundation coatings, designed for robust below-grade protection. For roofing professionals, we offer fibered and non-fibered roof coatings, custom specification asphalt coatings, and complementary primers. Our product range extends to specialty coatings for pipes and industrial applications, as well as chemical grouts for precise leak sealing.

Our advantage is born from our origins as a coatings contractor. We know what it takes for a product to perform in real-world conditions, which is why we formulate for quality, durability, and ease of application. Whether you're a waterproofing contractor, a roofer, or a general contractor tackling a below-grade project, DISSCO equips you with proven products and the expert guidance to apply them correctly, ensuring your work stands the test of time and weather.

The right equipment is just as important as the right material. DISSCO's equipment division provides the tools of the trade for pavement maintenance and waterproofing professionals throughout Denver. We offer a full cycle of support: selling new and used machinery, providing short-term rentals, and delivering expert repair and maintenance services to keep your operations running smoothly.

Our sales inventory features top brands like Crafco, Seal-Rite, KM International, and Graco. You'll find crack sealant melters (from 10-gallon units to large 250-gallon diesel trailers), sealcoat spray rigs, infrared asphalt heaters, patching equipment, line stripers, airless spray systems, and powerful blowers. Our "Equipment For Sale" page is regularly updated with in-stock and demo units, offering significant value.

Beyond the sale, our commitment to your productivity continues. Most importantly, our service team possesses deep mechanical knowledge of this specialized equipment. We provide parts, repairs, and preventative maintenance to minimize your downtime. With DISSCO, you're not just buying a machine; you're gaining a long-term partner dedicated to keeping your equipment—and your business—on the job.
