What an amazing experience this was, Clint was the reason I was able to get my insurance to pay for my roof after a hail storm, all without needing a PA.
Communication was on point, and installation day was as smooth as it could be. I was updated via drone video and pics and although I was not home, I was kept fully aware of the process and completion.

Storm Roof System review
It was a little more than a year ago that I agreed to have solar panels installed on my roof. However, my roof was better than 25 years old and was not in shape to accept the installation of panels. My solar panel contractor, Sun Catcher of Atlanta (you must consider them for your solar panel needs), endorsed and suggested that I have Storm Roof System (SRS) address my roofing needs. It seemed like the coldest day of the year when they started the install and it did have some challenges. In totality it took about four days. End of the story, and they did a great job. The roof is perfect. You might be wondering why such a lame review on this roofing review? Well, they did the job, and did it according to all the spec’s and I should add that this was not subsidized by insurance, this was a retail priced project. Not cheap, what is? So the real purpose of this review is to genuinely applaud the character, the strong code of honor, the old school meaning of what it means to stand by your word. Dylan was the point man at SRS, he’s young, he listens and he gets it done, even to the smallest detail. Based on how hard the SRS team worked, as they were installing the roof, I asked Dylan if he could handle a bathroom makeover. I felt confident as Dylan seemed to be trustworthy. He said yes, after reviewing the project. I gave him the green light. In less than one month, I had a new roof and was getting a renewed bathroom. Fast forward several months, the bathroom makeover was showing signs of complete failure. Key and critical items that were to have been replaced, weren’t. The old bathroom became a disaster. Here is why I recommend SRS to service your roof and or other home contractual needs. Dylan reviewed the issues I brought to his attention and was clearly disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. In less than the time it takes to attach a single asphalt shingle, he said it will be corrected. And he did! It is exactly what it should have been the first time out. Moreover, the words of Dylan and SRS have been cemented as my go to contractor for all things home related. He will be working on all my projects. He ate the cost of that bathroom project to make it right. He never defended, he never pushed back, he never made excuses. How can you not consider SRS? Yes, he can do your roof, because he stands by it and much more.

Dylan and his crew are top notch! We have had some less than stellar experiences with other companies/contractors, and this was like a breath of fresh air. Dylan’s quotes came back much more reasonable than others, and he was very attentive to my vision - even without the right words to describe it. His crew is the most respectful, laying plastic over all the floors, taping off a room of plastic to minimize the dust, and cleaning up each day.
We had the ‘kids’ upstairs bathroom gutted and built from scratch. When the inevitable hiccups occurred along the way, Dylan made it right - even at cost to himself. Small things matter to him and he makes sure everything is what we wanted.
While his crew was doing the bathroom, I decided to take off paneling in a bedroom - not thinking through what the underlying wall would look like. Needless to say, it was a disaster, and Dylan was able to give another reasonable quote to fix the walls and repaint that room - while doing the other job!
A few weeks later we had them come back to replace the kitchen backsplash and turn our kitchen island. It was quick (2 days), and they worked with us as we had counters installed. When the floor wasn’t quite right, he came back out to make it right.
Everyone we have met and worked with at StormRoof Systems has been kind, professional, and cares about our home. We have already given their name to 4 friends and family members - and will continue to do so. We cannot recommend them enough!!
