2. Unfortunately, for the Rob, who has the patience of a saint, this new information led me down another rabbit hole to further research the best house- wrap etc. needed for installation specific to our hot humid climate here in San Antonio. I looked beyond construction theory and into the physics of water movement, water absorption, and vapor movement. The ever-patient, Rob, did his very best to accommodate me. At long last I had the best answer that fell in with city code and Hardy brand requirement, give what was available on the market.
When December rolled in, Rob had to give me the sad news. Integrity would not be able to accommodate the massive changes I was asking for. Disappointing as it was, it was and is a decision I can totally respect. In my deep dive for the specialized needs of San Antonio, I did not consider I was asking an experienced company to suddenly change methods, vendors and cost evaluations for a single person who could be best described by the phrase "Hang on a minute, let me overcomplicate this." They offered to let me go with someone else, but my response could only be this, "Rob and Integrity truly live up to their name, in good conscious they would not offer me a product/service that was not time tested and without which that had any practical experience. With honest belief, they felt they could not promise a good job and their promise to their clients is good work.
So, to Rob, DT, and the rest of the crew, I offer you my greatest respect, for your honesty, hard work, patience and above all your integrity in completing my siding and window project. Though the job was completed several weeks ago, we intend to keep Integrity's sign posted in our front yard until March 31. April Fool's Day would seem a bit odd.

We looked at 2 other contractors before deciding to go with Integrity for replacing our siding and I am so glad we chose them. The sales guy came out ready, and I mean ready. He had everything he needed, set up a ladder and climbed onto our roof to inspect the second floor siding, he took samples, took pictures and knew all about siding and roofing and was able to explain everything. I had a professional quote before he even left the driveway. The install crew was awesome, they cleaned up after themselves, always left the worksite neat and tidy before they left each day. They stopped and asked questions when they had any for clarity, which I greatly appreciated that they did before proceeding and possibly making a mistake. It was awesome to watch them measure, call numbers in spanish, and another guy would make 3 or 4 cuts, and every piece fit perfectly. Truly professions, with the right tools and the right equipment. Would highly recommend using them to anyone. From quote to install day was about 2.5 weeks, and install took just under 4 days. We had vinyl siding, they tore it out, removed the window awnings, fixed the nails that would be in the way, installed a moisture barrier and the new siding, the right way. We did Hardi board lap siding, and hardie website calls for an alumium flashing back plate to support the joints, I confirmed they installed it all the correct way. I was very impressed, and for the money I am very happy and am confident that no corners were cut on our project.

This is my second time utilizing Integrity Roofing & Siding to replace my roof. The first time was 11 years ago and the second time, due to hail damage, was May of 2025. Once I realized I needed an new roof, I did not hesitate contacting Integrity Roofing & Siding since the first job they did was so superb.
Thankfully, I was not disappointed in their work this second time around either. The roofing team showed early in the morning and began protecting all the areas around my home that might incur damage from the shingle removal. I'm not talking about a couple of tradesmen, but rather a well coordinated team of 8 to 10 men working in unison to get the job done.
Subsequently, one after another of the workers climbed the ladder to strip the roof and prep for new shingles. Right on cue, a truck with a automatic conveyor and the shingles arrived and within minutes all the bundles were on the roof and ready for placement. The roof and shed were completed in less than an eight hour shift. No cut corners, no substandard workmanship, just a beautiful roof that will last for years unless another hail storm comes around.
Workers were professional and courteous as they cleaned up and ensured you would never have known they were previously working just minutes before.
Everyone at Integrity Roofing & Siding went above and beyond their scope of responsibility to ensure my wife and I were happy with the job. Special thanks to Rob, Lisa, Fernando and all the workers that treated us like valued customers and performed their part in our endeavor in such an outstanding manner.

I have nothing but great things to say about the folks at Integrity. Everyone I spoke to were friendly and understanding. From the moment I called to inquire about service Lisa made me feel at ease. Chris was extremely helpful and assisted with helping me to make decisions that worked to fix the siding of my home and keep it affordable for me. Rob helped me to understand the work being done and had great communication. Leo was sweet and with his team did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company for work being done.
