Rooftop spaces come with weight limits, wind exposure, and waterproofing concerns, so planning is everything. Materials are chosen to hold up to city weather and daily wear, and the planting plan leans toward n...

We install plantings and irrigation that suit the exposure of your particular terrace, then keep the work clean and safe for the people living around it. You get a terrace that is ready to u...

An outdoor kitchen turns a patio or terrace into a place to cook and gather. We plan the layout around your grill, counters, storage, and seating, and think through how smoke, heat, and weather will affect the setup. Our builders construct the base, counters, and any built-in features with sturdy, weather-resistant materials suited to city conditions. We also coordinate the utility connections and lighting so the space works after dark. The finished kitchen is designed to be comfortable to use a...

Hardscaping gives an outdoor space its structure, and we build it with care for both appearance and daily use. Our work includes patios, walkways, retaining elements, steps, and decks, laid out to suit the grade, drainage, and traffic of your property. We pay close attention to base preparation, since that is what keeps stone and pavers level over time, especially on urban sites. Materials are chosen for durability and for how they will look as they age. Each installation is planned to fit the r...
