Jacob, one of the owners evaluated my foundation. I was, needless to say, very happy that he found that my foundation was within tolerances. This was the same result that I got from one of the other companies which evaluated my foundation. One company told me I needed work and drew up a three tiered proposal. Given that Two Brothers and the other reputable company found nearly identical elevations when evaluating my home and both informed me that my foundation is not damaged, I am satisfied that we do not need foundation work at this time. Why did I feel compelled to leave a review? Because they are honest, and when seeking home repairs for something this costly, honesty from a contractor is one of the most important qualities. Also, repairing a foundation that does not require repair can damage it and turn it into a foundation that needs repair.
