I'd give a 0 if I could -
Ordered baseboard heat along with a bunch of fittings and tubing. ALL (10 pieces) of the baseboard arrived damaged in some way - the ends on every piece were not just slightly bent but complete curled over in some instances. And many of the fins arrived damaged and bent. I had 2 different lengths - and they all shipped in the same box - so the shorter ones were bouncing all over the place during transit - and the longer ones did not fare much better. There was no protection added to the ends of the baseboard to protect them nor filler to take up space in the shipping box which would have prevented the issue .
On my first call to them - they LMK that the product is very fragile and prone to damage in shipping - yet they took no steps to prevent that.
It took me no less than 5 phone calls to try to get this reversed - and they still have not returned my $$ . They told me they would refund a portion less a restocking fee - but if you review their policy it does not have a restocking fee on damaged product section. Called again yesterday - and was told to expect a call from the manager by 5:00 PM - never happened. Customer service is an absolute joke.
All they had to do was handle the return in a pro manner and this would have been settled and I would be here leaving them a 4 star review instead. ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING THAT HAS EVEN THE SLIGHTEST CHANCE OF DAMAGE IN TRANSIT - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I plan to file a BBB and TCP and FTC complaint as well - as this appears to be there MO for generating additional revenue and from the other reviews you can see that this is not a mistake but both systemic and a very deceptive business practice.

Pressure tank arrived damaged, didn't notice damage until after I removed from sealed box and installed today. Contacted customer service, wasn't able to replace damaged item. Customer service assured me pressure tank would work as if there were no dents. Just disappointed I didn't check for damage as soon as I received my shipment even though I didn't open the box till today. Rest of my order arrived undamaged.

Ordered a tankless water heater. Pex Universe wouldn't release the order til I called them-no big deal. Shipped the unit and it was supposed to deliver on 12-5 according to Fedex. Waited half day until they updated the post that they had damaged the label and were waiting to fix and repost delivery date. Took FOUR days apparently to fix the label and was supposed to deliver 12-9. No show. Didn't even show on truck for delivery. Supposed to deliver today-doubt it will show as the unit was supposedly close to the house at their depot yesterday and has now been sent back to main distribution center north of Denver. RARELY gets delivered from there same day. Usually has to come back to Englewood, then delivered. $1000 tankless heater bouncing around the Denver metro aimlessly-do they know there's an electronic control board in there that doesn't like the bouncing around??? Pex Universe chooses the shipper and, judging by the silence after communicating delivery issues to them, don't really care about fixing this. Can't wait to see what condition this package is in when it arrives. May have to start from scratch with another seller. Done with Clown Universe. Pissed. Have ordered from Supply House dozens of times with ZERO issues-EVER.

I ordered standard 3 ft copper pipes (nothing on the listing said it was a special order), and I even bought a few extras just in case. When I tried to return the unused ones, they suddenly claimed the items were “special order” and refused the return. The pipes are still in perfect, unused condition, and I was even willing to pay for return shipping. I’m sure they could resell them easily, but they didn’t want to work with me at all. I won’t be doing business with them again.
