Alf's Magic Maids

Our standard cleaning service is perfect for maintaining a consistently clean and tidy home without the intensity of a deep clean. Designed for busy homeowners in San José, this service tackles the everyday build-up of dust, dirt, and grime to keep your living spaces fresh and welcoming. We focus on all the essential areas: vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, dusting accessible surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors), and wiping down kitchen counters, appliances, and sinks. We also take care of emptying trash bins and tidying up common living areas.

Who is this for? This service is ideal for individuals, couples, and families who have a regular cleaning schedule – weekly or bi-weekly – and want to keep their home looking its best between deeper cleanings. It is also a great choice for preparing your home for weekend guests without a major time investment from you.

What to expect: Our professional team arrives with all necessary eco-friendly supplies and equipment. We work efficiently and respectfully in your home, following a detailed checklist to ensure no corner is overlooked. After we finish, you will return to a home that feels refreshed, organized, and spotlessly clean – allowing you to relax and enjoy your free time. With Alf's Magic Maids, a consistently clean home is always within reach.

Our deep cleaning service goes far beyond the surface to eliminate hidden dirt, grime, and allergens that accumulate over time. This is the ultimate reset for your home – perfect for very messy spaces, post-renovation cleanups, or when you simply want a truly thorough clean from top to bottom. We reach the places that routine cleaning misses, including behind appliances, inside ovens, in grout lines, and on baseboards.

For residents of San José who suffer from allergies or have not had a professional clean in months, this service is transformative. We deep clean every room: scrubbing showers and bathtubs until they shine, degreasing stovetops and range hoods, wiping down all cabinet fronts, vacuuming upholstery and under furniture cushions, and dusting blinds, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Our team pays special attention to high-touch areas and uses powerful yet safe products to ensure a healthy living environment.

Our process: We start with a walk-through to understand your specific concerns (e.g., pet hair, mold in bathroom caulk, kitchen grease). Then, our two-person team systematically deep cleans each zone using a detailed, multi-step process. The result is not just a clean home – it is a rejuvenated space where you can breathe easier and feel proud to welcome guests. For homes needing an intensive, satisfaction-guaranteed transformation, Alf’s Magic Maids deep cleaning is the solution.

Our move-out service helps you secure your full security deposit back by delivering a property that meets the highest standards of cleanliness. For move-ins, we turn your new house into a fresh, sanitary space where you can start your next chapter with peace of mind. Who needs this service? Revitalize your carpets and extend their life with our professional carpet cleaning service. Over time, carpets trap dust, allergens, pet dander, and stains that ordinary vacuuming cannot remove. Our hot water extraction method – often referred to as steam cleaning – penetrates deep into carpet fibers to lift embedded dirt and grime, leaving your carpets fresher, brighter, and more hygienic. We serve homeowners, renters, and businesses across San José who want to improve indoor air quality and restore the beauty of their flooring.

Our process begins with a pre-inspection to identify high-traffic areas, spots, and stains. We then pre-treat stubborn stains with eco-friendly solutions before using truck-mounted or portable hot water extraction units. After a thorough rinse, we use powerful extraction to remove most of the moisture, so carpets dry faster (typically 6-12 hours). Finally, we post-groom the fibers for even drying and a uniform appearance.

Who should book this service? Pet owners dealing with accidents or odors, families with allergy concerns, anyone preparing a home for sale or rent, or simply those wanting to refresh their living space without replacing the carpet. We also offer add-on treatments like deodorizing and protectant application. With Alf’s Magic Maids, your carpets get the deep-down clean they deserve – at a reasonable price.
