After replacing 2 heating elements, thermostat, and eventually purchasing a new hot water tank, we still had inconsistent hot water. bad the plummer who came to repair the running toilet, replaced the fill valve and made me buy a new kitchen saying my old one was no good. The toilet was still leaking and he wanted me to buy a new toilet , luckily I got some one else and they told me when the fill valve is replaced the gasket also needs to replaced. He charged for two visits plus wanted me to spend money items that did not need to be replaced.
