I ordered 3 units, I ask for 2 upgrades to one of them. I was billed for the upgrades, but did not receive them. My invoice shows that I paid for the upgrades, but the packing lists show they were not put in the box. They pretty much called me a liar on the phone and said that I had to provide pictures of the products that arrived. I did that and now I have not heard from them. I do not think I ever will. I needed a 4th unit which I bought a Senville instead of a Klimaire. I wish they would have all been Senville units. I think it is sad that people and companies have to make a killing instead of a sale. They can keep the $80 or so, I will not be buying from them again. I am a contractor and will be installing many more mini splits over the next few years.
And besides Senville was rated higher in the reviews than Klimair.

WARRANTY FRAUD. Terrible company, don't do business with them. Horrible customer service and won't honor warranty. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a response on a mini-split system that malfunctioned after only a year. They required I have a licensed HVAC tech diagnosis it, which I did. After sending them the diagnosis they refused to ship me the part unless I gave them a positive review. I told them after the problem was corrected I would post a positive review. They won't send the part which is covered under their warrant. That's warranty fraud.
