Facing a sewage backup is more than just an inconvenience; it's a serious health hazard that requires immediate, professional attention. At The CleanUP Guys, our certified sewage cleanup specialists in Chicago are equipped to handle the most challenging contamination events. We provide swift, 24/7 emergency response to remove hazardous waste, thoroughly clean and disinfect affected areas, and restore your property to a safe condition.

This service is essential for homeowners and business owners who experience toilet overflows, sewer line breaks, or septic tank failures. Our process begins with a rapid on-site assessment to contain the affected area and prevent cross-contamination. We then use industrial-grade extraction equipment to remove all standing sewage and contaminated water. Following extraction, our team performs a deep clean using hospital-grade disinfectants on all surfaces, ensuring pathogens are eliminated. We then employ professional drying techniques, including air movers and dehumidifiers, to remove all moisture and prevent secondary damage like mold growth. Finally, we tackle any lingering odors with advanced deodorization methods.

Why choose us? With over three decades of experience, we understand the protocols for safe biohazard remediation. We work directly with your insurance company to streamline the claims process, and our commitment to thoroughness means we won't leave until your home or business is truly safe for your family, employees, or customers again.

Whether from a burst pipe, a major leak, or storm flooding, water damage can compromise your property's structure and indoor air quality in a matter of hours. The CleanUP Guys provide comprehensive water damage restoration services throughout Chicago, focusing on rapid response to limit damage and prevent mold. Our goal is to dry your property efficiently and effectively, preparing it for any necessary repairs.

This service is for anyone dealing with unwanted water intrusion in their basement, kitchen, bathroom, or commercial space. Our process starts with an immediate dispatch to extract all standing water using powerful truck-mounted or portable pumps and extractors. We then move to the critical drying phase, where we use moisture meters to map the extent of saturation in walls, floors, and subfloors. A strategic placement of industrial air movers and high-capacity dehumidifiers creates an optimal drying environment. We monitor the drying progress daily, adjusting equipment as needed until all materials reach their pre-loss dry standard.

Choosing The CleanUP Guys means partnering with a team that has completed thousands of water damage jobs. We prioritize not just removing water, but preserving your property's integrity. Our certified technicians are trained in the latest IICRC standards, and our detailed documentation supports your insurance claim, making the recovery process as smooth as possible for you.

Mold is a silent intruder that can cause significant health issues and structural damage if left untreated. The CleanUP Guys offer professional mold removal and remediation services in Chicago, designed to safely isolate, remove, and prevent the return of mold colonies in your home or business. We target the root cause of the moisture problem to ensure a lasting solution.

This service is vital for properties that have experienced past water damage, chronic humidity issues, or where visible mold growth or musty odors are present. Our certified mold inspectors begin with a thorough assessment, which may include air and surface sampling to identify spore types and concentrations. We then establish critical containment barriers using plastic sheeting and negative air pressure machines to prevent spores from spreading to clean areas during the removal process. Our technicians, wearing proper PPE, safely remove all contaminated porous materials like drywall and insulation. All remaining surfaces are then cleaned with specialized antimicrobial agents. The area is HEPA-vacuumed and finally dried completely to eliminate the moisture source that allowed the mold to grow.

As your local mold removal specialists, we don't just clean up mold; we restore healthy indoor air quality. Our methods follow industry best practices for safety and effectiveness. We provide clear reports for your records and peace of mind, knowing your environment is clean and safe for everyone who lives or works there.

A fire can be devastating, leaving behind not just charred structures but also pervasive soot and smoke odors that penetrate every surface. The CleanUP Guys provide compassionate and comprehensive fire damage restoration services in Chicago, helping you recover from the initial shock through to a fully restored property. We handle everything from emergency board-up and soot removal to deep cleaning and deodorization.

This service is for homeowners and business owners navigating the aftermath of a fire, large or small. Our emergency response team first secures your property by boarding up windows and doors and placing tarps on damaged roofs to prevent further damage. We then begin the meticulous process of removing soot and smoke residue from walls, ceilings, and contents using specialized techniques and cleaning agents tailored to the type of smoke residue. We inventory and pack out salvageable belongings for off-site cleaning and storage. Odor removal is tackled next using thermal fogging, ozone treatment, or hydroxyl generators to neutralize odor molecules trapped in the structure. Finally, we thoroughly dry the property from water used by firefighters to prevent mold.

We stand out because we understand the emotional toll of a fire. Our team works with sensitivity and efficiency, coordinating directly with your insurance adjuster to manage the claim. Our goal is to make the restoration process one less thing for you to worry about, guiding you back to normalcy with professionalism and care.
