Been using Dana's for housekeeping service for a few years now. Housekeeping is very good overall but the nice part is if you have issues with a person or would prefer someone else you can just call them and get a new person. Once you find a person you like you can keep them coming as long and often as you like! It's also convenient to be able to call the office when you need to cancel or reschedule... they'll accommodate you to send another person if you need to move your cleaning to a time that your main cleaner is unavailable. Or if you want to move the time but keep your regular person they will work with your schedule to find a time you're both available. Prices are reasonable for the service you get...I'm sure I could find a private cleaner for cheaper but finding someone reliable who cleans as well is harder than it may seem! So it's convenient to have a service like Dana's.

I work 3 part-time jobs, and I was so looking forward to having a little help today. I was referred by my sister-in-law's friend, so I trusted her referral. Veronica called me the night before to confirm my 8:30 am appointment, and I was so excited. By 8:50 am she had not yet arrived, so I called the dispatcher, Lucy. She was very nice and said that perhaps Veronica was stuck in traffic. At 9:15 Lucy called back, and said that Veronica had just called in sick. We had rescheduled for Thursday, but I have read a few reviews, and I have decided to cancel any future services. So, it's kind of a crap shoot as to whether or not you get good service. Good Luck.

I really regret being referred this service. First, beware - they send notification that their workers are your employees, not theirs, creating significant legal liability for you - if they are your employees, you need to get worker's comp insurance and withhold taxes on your own. Second, I don't agree that their office staff is professional at all. I requested to be taken off their mailing list and instead was spammed with messages. Stay away. I have used this business for years. I do not regularly get my house cleaned... it is always for a special occasion or out of necessity. I called a couple weeks ago knowing that I was going to be having a major surgery just before family would be coming to town. I originally asked for Friday, June 9th and was told that she would need to call around to see if she could find someone. I asked if it would make it easier to have it done on the 12th instead and she said yes. I would be getting a lady that had already cleaned my home in the past. We set up four hours from 8-noon. Knowing it was someone who had already been here, I felt comfortable meeting her at 8am, then leaving for a few minutes to run an errand. At 8:10, nobody was here. I called the office and got voicemail. I had to leave my house at 8:20, so I left a note for the housekeeper. They called back at 8:25 to say I never scheduled with them, and that I had only inquired. I'm sorry, but it was clear that we confirmed. I switched the date to make it easier on their end, we talked about the housekeeper, using my supplies, paying cash, etc. I woke up and did the self cleaner on my oven to make that quicker for her, pulled all the supplies out, etc. Now I have family arriving in 24 hours and I cannot lift anything for 6 more weeks. I am so disappointed because if we had done Friday and they bailed on me I would still have a couple days to get help. Now it has to be done today, and it is too late to find someone else. Dana's has been wonderful! We've used them from time to time over the years for move-in/move-out cleanings, and lately have been using them to keep the house clean routinely. The staff and housekeepers are so friendly and the level of cleanliness is awesome! We had used a well-known competitor recently for several cleanings and things weren't getting super clean so we switched to Dana's and have been thrilled with everything! Plus their rates are much better!!! Highly recommend using this service!!!
