I made an appointment in the middle of the day. They canceled it after 10 pm at night due to a scheduling issue on their side. They didn't automatically refund my money. They didn't answer the phone number provided nor did the voicemail greeting identify itself as Bubbly. I had to rut around on their website until I found a place to live chat with someone. They charged my card for the service moments after I booked the appointment, but wont refund for 3 to 5 business days. Not a good first impression and doubt they'll get a chance for a second one.

I will only be using Bubbly for details from now on. I have a 9 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee that now looks and smells brand new. I have a 180 lb mastiff that gets regular rides to the vet, and there is not one trace of him in my Jeep right now! Eric did a great job, even in this TX heat, and I would recommend his services to anyone. The owner was the one who did the cleaning on my navigator. I paid $200 for a full detail and none of it was done. I do not recommend this service at all. He did not clean the back of the windows interior or exterior. He did not open up the back door to clean the carpets or seats. There was dirt in between where he had to of cleaned. The front of Navigator was smeared with chemicals used to clean. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. I called and texted him to get the problem fixed and he never returned my call or text messages. I also reported him to the BBB. Not a good company.... Negative Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Steam cleaning, Wheel washing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had scheduled a detail and leading up to it I had attempted multiple times to reach out to them to let them know how to reach my property. Both emails and calls went unanswered until the detailer was running 15 mins late and I asked for a refund. After that, I got a response immediately saying they will be over another hour or 2 later then expected. Hey, I get things happen and what not, but you would at least expect if you already knew you were going to be late for a future appointment, you would let them know before. I just arriving 5-15 mind late, but hours? I am still trying to get in contact for a refund which they never answer my emails or calls. Negative Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

overall it was ok, but they left a lot of streaks all over the car, what should be removed and wiped off easily. A professional cleaning company should be better, considering pricing for there services. Also no foll up on costumer after the job, even though we texted them a few times.
