HVAC Thornton Pros

When the summer heat waves hit Todd Creek, a broken air conditioner is not just uncomfortable — it can be dangerous. Our emergency AC repair team is on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. We understand that cooling failures rarely happen during business hours, which is why we prioritize rapid response times without charging extra for after-hours calls.

Common AC problems we solve: refrigerant leaks, frozen evaporator coils, failed compressors, broken condenser fans, clogged drain lines, faulty thermostats, and electrical issues. Our technicians arrive fully equipped with common replacement parts for all major brands including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, and Mitsubishi. We use advanced diagnostic tools like digital manifold gauges and thermal imaging cameras to pinpoint the exact fault within minutes — saving you money on trial-and-error repairs.

Who needs this service: Any homeowner or property manager in Todd Creek experiencing weak airflow, warm air from vents, unusual noises (clicking, hissing, banging), water leaks near the indoor unit, or a system that won't turn on at all. We also handle AC systems in older homes with unique ductwork configurations.

Our process: 1) Free phone consultation to triage the issue. 2) One-hour or less arrival window for emergency calls. 3) Full system diagnostic with transparent cost estimate before any work begins. 4) Repair or replacement consultation if unit is beyond repair. 5) Post-service check and maintenance tips. Every repair includes a 90-day labor warranty and a 1-year warranty on manufacturer parts. We also offer discounted AC tune-ups for repeat customers.

Why choose us: With 20 years of local experience, we have seen every AC problem unique to Todd Creek's climate — from high-altitude performance issues to dust-clogged condensers. Our Google reviews highlight our honesty and speed. We never charge diagnostic fees if you proceed with the repair, and we offer financing options for major repairs over $500.

A failing furnace in Todd Creek's freezing winters is a race against time. Our furnace repair specialists are trained on all heating systems: gas furnaces, electric furnaces, oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and radiant heating. We serve both residential and light commercial properties, ensuring your family or employees stay warm and safe.

Signs you need furnace repair: Unusually high energy bills without changed usage, yellow pilot light (should be blue), strange smells like rotten eggs (gas leak) or burning dust, short cycling (turning on and off every few minutes), cold spots in your home, or a furnace that runs constantly without reaching set temperature. We also detect dangerous carbon monoxide leaks using portable CO detectors — a service we provide free during any furnace inspection.

Common furnace repairs we handle: Failed igniters, cracked heat exchangers, broken blower motors, stuck gas valves, malfunctioning limit switches, thermostat wiring issues, clogged air filters (often misdiagnosed as major failures), and inducer motor problems. For older furnaces (15+ years), we provide honest replacement consultations — sometimes repair costs exceed the value of the unit.

Installation services: When repair isn't logical, we install high-efficiency furnaces (96% AFUE or higher) from brands like Bryant, Amana, and York. Our installation process includes manual J load calculation to size the unit perfectly for your home's square footage and insulation levels. We handle all permits and inspections, and we remove and recycle your old furnace. Financing available for approved credit with 0% interest options for 12 months.

Special offer: Mention our website to receive a free carbon monoxide safety check with any furnace repair over $150. We also provide 24/7 emergency heating service — no extra charge for nights or weekends.

As Todd Creek homeowners look for energy-efficient alternatives to traditional HVAC, heat pumps and ductless mini splits have become top choices. We specialize in both air-source heat pumps (ideal for moderate climates) and ductless mini splits (perfect for room additions, garages, and homes without existing ductwork). Our certified installers guide you through rebates and tax credits that can cover up to 30% of installation costs.

What is a heat pump: A device that transfers heat instead of generating it — in summer, it works like an AC removing heat from your home; in winter, it reverses to pull heat from outdoor air (even down to -15°F with cold-climate models). This efficiency results in up to 50% lower energy bills compared to electric resistance heating. We install both standard and variable-speed inverter heat pumps from Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Daikin, and Bosch.

Mini split advantages: No ductwork required (saving 20-30% of energy typically lost in ducts), individual room temperature control, ultra-quiet operation (as low as 19 dB), and easy installation without major construction. Each indoor unit connects to an outdoor condenser via a small 3-inch hole. Ideal for sunrooms, basements, home offices, apartments, and historic homes where ductwork is impossible.

Our installation process: 1) Free in-home assessment to measure rooms and discuss comfort goals. 2) Proposal with multiple efficiency tier options and financing plans. 3) Professional installation in 1-2 days including electrical work, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains. 4) System startup and customer training on remote and smart features. 5) Follow-up maintenance visit after 30 days to ensure optimal performance. All installations come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty on compressor and a 5-year labor warranty from us.

Why customers choose us: We are Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors and Daikin Preferred Installers — these elite certifications require rigorous training and ongoing education. Our team has completed over 500 heat pump and mini split installations in Todd Creek and surrounding areas, and we handle all rebate paperwork for you to maximize savings.
