You’re crazy if you don’t use Results Roofing! Best experience. Came out within couple days to assess damage and had a game plan. They met my adjuster to go over damages and process. Had a new roof and new decking within a week. Amazing customer service and amazing work crews. They were so patient with me as my insurance company took 2 months to approve everything, but they handled everything beautifully. We did repeated projects with Dana and Cara and had the best experience. When Dana installed my roof, they did an awesome job and not just that, he was always there when I needed follow-ups. I met Jeff and Shane Firman while working in my yard. I already had a roofing contractor that I was working with but wanted to show my appreciation for the consideration their crew showed when parking on our street. Many of mornings I've had to detour around the neighborhood because of how other crews parked or stood in the street. We ended up talking about 40 minutes or so and even though they knew they weren't getting my business they remained cordial, professional, and expressed they'd love future consideration. Fast forward 4 months my previous contractor, when I was ready to get work started, failed to deliver the requested contracts on a timely basis. I called the Firman brothers and they were out to do an inspection and produce the estimate the next day. I signed the contract and 2 weeks later I was getting a new roof and having a window repaired with updated solar screens. As before, their crew was very considerate, respectful, and quite efficient; they were done in less than 12 hours and I have a very long, steep, and layered roof. Therevwas one complication but they were on it and had a mitigation plan before I could even say anything. The cleanup was near immaculate; I always plan to go behind the roofing crews to pickup smaller trash and there's always dozens of nails on each side of the home, but that is largely in part to the gutter crew that comes a day or so after. Overall, these guys are a 9.7/10; but in today's math that's 10/10. I recommend Shane and Jeff for anyone looking for a straightforward, no gimmicks, just get'er done roof repair or replacement!!!
