Mr Reyes Heating & Airconditioning

When your old air conditioner struggles to keep up or your energy bills keep climbing, it might be time for a new system. At Mr Reyes Heating & Airconditioning, we specialize in professional AC installation and full system replacement for homes and businesses in San Antonio and surrounding counties. We do not just swap out equipment—we carefully calculate the correct load size, ductwork compatibility, and energy efficiency ratings to ensure you get the perfect match for your space.

Our process begins with a detailed on-site assessment. We evaluate your existing ductwork, insulation levels, window placements, and lifestyle needs. From there, we recommend top-tier brands that balance upfront cost with long-term savings. Whether you prefer a high-SEER central air conditioner, a ductless mini-split for a room addition, or a heat pump that also provides winter warmth, we guide you through every option.

During installation, our team works efficiently and cleanly. We remove the old unit responsibly, install the new equipment according to manufacturer specifications, and test every component to ensure optimal airflow and refrigerant charge. We also take time to show you how to operate your new thermostat and explain simple maintenance steps to extend the system’s life. With our workmanship guarantee, you can rest easy knowing your investment is protected. Plus, we handle all necessary permits and inspections, saving you time and hassle.

Why choose us? Because we treat your home like our own. We lay down drop cloths, wear shoe covers, and clean up every speck of dust before we leave. We also offer flexible financing options and seasonal rebate guidance to make your new AC as affordable as possible. Call Mr Reyes today to schedule your complimentary in-home consultation and discover why local families trust us for air conditioning replacement.

A broken furnace or heat pump is more than an inconvenience—it can be a safety risk, especially during a cold snap in San Antonio. Mr Reyes Heating & Airconditioning provides fast, reliable heating system repair and preventive maintenance to keep your family warm and your energy bills under control. Our licensed engineers are trained to diagnose and fix all major heating brands, including gas furnaces, electric heat pumps, boilers, and packaged units.

When you call us for a heating repair, we start by asking targeted questions to narrow down the issue before we even arrive. Once on site, we use advanced diagnostic tools to test electrical connections, measure gas pressure, inspect heat exchangers for cracks, and check thermostat calibration. This methodical approach means we fix the root cause, not just the symptom. Common repairs we handle include faulty igniters, malfunctioning limit switches, worn-out blower motors, and refrigerant leaks in heat pumps.

We also strongly recommend annual heating maintenance. Our maintenance plan includes a 20-point inspection: cleaning burners, lubricating moving parts, testing carbon monoxide levels, replacing air filters, and verifying system efficiency. Regular tune-ups reduce the risk of mid-winter breakdowns by up to 95% and can extend your furnace’s lifespan by several years. For business owners, we offer after-hours and weekend appointments to minimize disruption to your operations.

Customer safety is our top priority. That is why every heating repair includes a complimentary carbon monoxide test. We never recommend unnecessary repairs, and we provide written estimates before any work begins. If your system is beyond repair, we offer honest replacement options with same-day or next-day installation. Do not wait until you are shivering—contact Mr Reyes Heating & Airconditioning for prompt, professional heating service you can trust.

The best way to avoid costly emergency repairs and keep your utility bills low is a regular preventive maintenance plan. Mr Reyes Heating & Airconditioning offers customizable maintenance agreements for both residential and commercial customers in San Antonio. Think of it as a health checkup for your heating and cooling system—small proactive fixes now prevent major breakdowns later.

Our standard plan includes two comprehensive visits per year: one for your air conditioning in the spring and one for your heating system in the fall. During each visit, our certified technician performs a 30-point inspection. For AC systems, that means checking refrigerant levels, cleaning condenser coils, testing capacitors, inspecting electrical wiring, and ensuring proper condensate drainage. For heating systems, we inspect heat exchangers, test gas connections, clean flame sensors, and verify thermostat operation.

But we go beyond just inspections. As part of the plan, we also provide priority scheduling—you skip the waitlist during peak seasons. You receive a 15% discount on any repairs needed, and we include a free filter change with every visit (standard 1-inch filters). For commercial clients, we offer after-hours visits and detailed performance reports that help you budget for capital improvements.

Why enroll? Customers on our maintenance plan experience 40% fewer emergency calls and save an average of 18% on annual energy costs. Plus, you get peace of mind knowing that your system is running safely and efficiently. There are no long-term contracts—cancel anytime. And if you sign up within 30 days of any service, we will apply that service fee toward the plan cost. To enroll or learn more, call Mr Reyes Heating & Airconditioning today. We will help you protect your comfort investment without breaking the bank.
