Technician Dee came out for our six-month maintenance service and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to clearly explain the recommended services and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I am very happy with his customer service. We purchased our AC unit from this company five years ago, and overall the service has been reliable. When we purchased a new unit, we hoped it would reduce the need for frequent additional costs. However, it does feel like every six months there are additional parts or services recommended that require extra payment.
