Today, our furnace didn’t come on. The blower was just blowing cold air. We called Koch & White. They sent one of their technicians, Thomas, who arrived within a couple of hours (very appreciated)! He found the problem (a lose wire, apparently rather unusual) after a short time. Big thanks for a fast, professional and friendly service!

Always pleased with their work. It is quickly clear when speaking with them that they are professionals. Years ago they did a complex job replacing a remarkably old AC (there was a part from the. 1960s! Pretty sure this was before the discovery of electricity;.) Ended up working in cold weather and getting sick waiting on supply order for a fan where they said it’ll arrive in 3 days, after 10 days waiting I called them and they said their factory is closed for inventory counting and will need 20 days before it’s open again! Office located in Ann Arbor.

Our furnace went out last night. Called Koch and White this morning. They responded within an hour of my call and appointment schedule. A team of Connor and Dan showed up. They were very professional and kind. Got right to work diagnosising and fixing the problem before our regular service provider even bothered to return our call from last night and this morning. (We still haven't heard from them.) Connor and Dan and Koch and White certainly won our future business. Oh, and, the best part - their prices are super reasonable and did not charge us extra because it was urgent. Thank you!

Aaron from Koch and White came out to service my furnace. He did an excellent job. Furnace was working intermittently, and he diagnosed and fixed it. I also had a humidifier that came with the house I knew nothing about. It was also not working and was wired with the wrong size wire nuts. Thank you for your quality work and service!
