Robert and his team were excellent.
They came out quickly after requesting a quote on both a whole home heat pump and level 2 EV charger. By the time we requested a quote until the time the entire project was complete was less than a week. The heat pump setup is so much better than what we had before. Additionally, the pricing was transparent and seemed very reasonable for the area, and they did a great job at explaining how they were going to get everything setup, and answering all my pesky questions.
In addition to installing a new heat pump and furnace, they also made some improvements to our furnace room and ducting to increase efficiency (by sealing up gaps between some of the vents and ducting) and reduce noise by bracing the air intake.
The final result: a much more comfortable, quiet, and efficient HVAC solution for our entire house.

We decided to be proactive and replace our 25-year-old Trane furnace and heat pump. We knew it was going you be big, and complicated due to the 25 years, and changes in technology. Robert was great, explained everything, and I had a LOT of questions. Back and forth with multiple systems and configurations, and in the end, we went with a new Trane. I wanted to have the new unit out before weather turned cold and was very surprised, they had openings the same week. The installation team showed up on time, uninstalled the old system, and installed the new all with a day. Not a single complaint, friendly, clean, professional, all the adjectives one would expect. Thanks to Robert, and the team.
Follow-up (edit), we chose to have the integrated air purification system installed at the same time. Now that we've had the system a while we have found that there is a significant difference in the air quality. Living near 520, in the past there was a need to clean the counter tops every morning, even though they had been cleaned the prior night. Allergens, pollens, and pollution (I suspect). Well, with the new system, between the better filter and the ionizing cleaner we no longer need to clean the counter tops in the morning. They remain clear to the touch, as before it was possible to feel the airborne contaminates.
