Maids and Moore

Our Residential Deep Clean service is designed for homeowners in Austin who want to refresh their living spaces completely. This comprehensive service goes far beyond surface cleaning to address built-up grime, hidden dust, and neglected areas that regular cleaning often misses.

This service is perfect for seasonal cleaning, preparing for special occasions, or simply giving your home the thorough attention it deserves after a busy period. We focus on areas that accumulate the most dirt and bacteria: baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, ceiling fans, behind appliances, and inside cabinets. Our team uses professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to sanitize and revitalize every surface.

The process begins with a detailed assessment of your home's specific needs. We then systematically work through each room, starting from the top (ceiling fans and light fixtures) and working our way down to floors. Kitchen deep cleaning includes degreasing range hoods, cleaning inside the oven (upon request), sanitizing countertops, and scrubbing sink basins. Bathrooms receive special attention with grout cleaning, tile scrubbing, and thorough disinfection of all surfaces.

What makes Maids and Moore the best choice for deep cleaning in Austin is our meticulous attention to detail. Our trained professionals follow a proven checklist system to ensure no area is overlooked. We're family-owned and locally operated, which means we're personally invested in every job's success. Our satisfaction guarantee means we won't consider the job complete until you're completely satisfied with the results.

Our Post-Construction Cleaning service transforms construction sites into livable, beautiful spaces for homeowners and contractors in Austin. After the builders leave, we arrive to remove the dust, debris, and residue that construction inevitably leaves behind, preparing your new or remodeled space for occupancy.

This specialized service is crucial for new home builds, renovation projects, room additions, or any construction work that generates significant dust and debris. Construction dust is particularly challenging—it's fine, pervasive, and can settle in every nook and cranny, including HVAC systems, electrical outlets, and between floorboards.

Our process is systematic and thorough. We begin with rough cleaning to remove large debris, followed by detailed cleaning of every surface. This includes vacuuming all construction dust with HEPA-filter equipment, washing windows inside and out, cleaning window tracks and sills, wiping down all walls and baseboards, sanitizing cabinets inside and out, and polishing fixtures and appliances. We pay special attention to removing adhesive residues, paint splatters, and drywall dust from surfaces.

What sets Maids and Moore apart for post-construction cleaning in Austin is our understanding of construction sites and the specific challenges they present. We come prepared with the right equipment—industrial vacuums, microfiber cloths that trap fine dust, appropriate cleaning solutions for various materials, and protective gear when needed. We coordinate with contractors and homeowners to ensure our cleaning complements the construction timeline.

Choosing our family-owned local business means you're getting a team that cares about the final outcome as much as you do. We take pride in revealing the true beauty of your construction project by eliminating all traces of the building process, leaving you with a clean, safe, and ready-to-enjoy space.
