I have used Big Bang Junk Removal four times, three times for junk hauling and most recently for landscaping/yard debris removal. Not only am I a repeat customer, my extended family members in the East Dallas area are all planning on using them. They have seen the results firsthand: Big Bang gets stuff done! I was back in the Dallas metro area for two weeks, helping out after a family death, when I quickly realized we could not handle the amount of clearing out on our own. I called around to multiple hauling companies to get price comparisons and get to know the different business owners. When it comes to someone being on the family’s property, you need someone you can trust and who will be respectful of the situation of someone passing away. Izzy and his crew were not only the right local business to use but also a blessing for us. Because Big Bank was so quick and efficient, we saw results right away, and it empowered us to expand the amount of cleaning and clearing up we were doing on the property. Every time we arranged a day for them to come out, they were punctual and started on our stacks of contractor bags and boxes we prepared right away at an impressive pace. Reflecting back on the first time they came, the only thing that I wish I understood was their capacity they could pick up. I explained how many contractor bags we had, and they explained they could accommodate that many. But I think I could have prepared a few more bags for that first haul. The second time we used them, I was able to estimate how much they could do in one run, and I maximized their hauling capacity to the top of their big trailer. The property now looks better than it has in a decade, and as many days of hard work everyone in the family put in to get there, we absolutely couldn’t have accomplished what we did without the extensive help of the Big Bang crew!
