Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling

When your old furnace or air conditioner is beyond repair, or you are simply ready for a more efficient system, Premier Comfort makes the replacement process seamless. We work with you to select the perfect heating or cooling solution for your home's unique layout and your family's comfort goals. From high-efficiency gas furnaces to quiet, powerful central air conditioners and versatile mini-split systems, we only install equipment we trust.

Our process begins with a detailed assessment of your current setup. We explain the options clearly, including energy savings, performance differences, and any available rebates. There are no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. Our expert installation team handles every detail from removal of the old unit to precise calibration of the new one, ensuring maximum efficiency and longevity. Because we are a local Kansas City company, we understand the local climate demands and will recommend equipment that stands up to both the humid summers and freezing winters. And with our maintenance plans, your new system will stay in top shape for years to come.

A broken heater or air conditioner is more than an inconvenience; it can be a safety issue. That is why Premier Comfort offers round-the-clock emergency service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you wake up to no heat in the middle of January or your AC dies on the hottest day of the year in Kansas City, our team is ready to respond. We prioritize emergency calls and work hard to arrive promptly with a fully stocked truck.

When our technician arrives, we do not just start replacing parts. We take the time to diagnose the root cause of the problem. We will explain what went wrong, show you the issue if possible, and provide a straight-forward, upfront estimate for the repair. Our goal is to restore your comfort quickly and affordably. If a temporary fix is available while we wait for a special-order part, we will make that recommendation too. With thousands of successful repairs behind us, you can trust that we have seen it all – and fixed it all. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and our job isn't done until you are completely comfortable again.

Just like your car, your heating and cooling system needs regular tune-ups to perform its best. Premier Comfort's preventative maintenance plans are designed to keep your equipment running efficiently, prevent unexpected breakdowns, and extend the life of your investment. We offer same-day availability for maintenance, making it easy to fit a tune-up into your busy schedule. Our comprehensive maintenance visit is thorough, not just a quick once-over.

During a typical service, our technician will inspect all electrical connections, lubricate moving parts, check the condensate drain, test safety controls, measure refrigerant levels, clean critical components like the evaporator and condenser coils, and change or clean your air filter. We also provide a detailed report on the condition of your system, including any minor issues we spot before they become major repairs. For our maintenance plan members, we offer added benefits like priority scheduling, discounts on repairs, and automatic filter delivery and change reminders. In Kansas City, where we run both heat and air conditioning heavily each year, preventative service is the smartest way to protect your comfort and save money on utility bills.
