We recently had a foundation company come out to give my mom an estimate after another company quoted nearly $24,000 with a long list of additional work. We decided to get a second opinion, and we are so grateful we did.
From the moment Jack Nicholson arrived, arrived, he went above and beyond. He didn’t just glance around and throw out a number — he thoroughly inspected everything. He checked under the tile to confirm whether there was an actual foundation crack, examined the exterior, and took the time to truly evaluate the home. He explained that the foundation has been there for over 20 years and that some settling is normal and easily reparable . He also gave us additional insight into why the tile may have popped, which gave my mom real peace of mind.
Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he was honest and straightforward. The estimate for the work, if we chose to do it, was around $7,000 — and he made it clear there was no immediate need to move forward.
That level of integrity is rare. He even offered to come back in five months to remeasure and ensure there has been no additional settling, simply to give my mom reassurance.
We truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to put people before profit. It’s refreshing to work with someone who does not take advantage of homeowners and instead focuses on doing what’s right. Highly recommend.

While we didn’t get the opportunity to work with Ramjack & Scott, it’s only because of his honesty and integrity, which is a quality I find less and less often in today’s day and age.
I was convinced that my foundation needed repair before I could start working on fixing the negative slope issues I have around my house. Y’all… he not only gave us an honest assessment, he also gave us all kinds of advice on how to remedy the issues that we have along the foundation but he ultimately said the foundation wasn’t the problem and even if they did work, I’d still see the same issues.
I hope I never need this kind of work in the future but if I do, I’m absolutely calling Ramjack first!!

Scott R. could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Great communication. I was worried about a major problem in my house which allowed moisture to get under the tile floors. Scott inspected and determined the issue is related to heat/sunlight coming through the front door window, creating condensation under my tiles. Scott R. must have many years of experience and I really appreciate that they did not try and upsell me on something we didn’t need. I will be going back to Ram when the time comes, but for now we seem to have a simple solution. Thank you for your time!

I hired RamJack to level our concrete entrance signs at our school due to some elevation degradation and could not be happier. When I had a perceived issue at my house, they were my first call. End result; they came out the next day, evaluated my situation and recommended not doing any major work and gave me some drainage advice for free. I basically offered them a blank check and they didn’t even charge me for the evaluation visit. You have any issues, CALL RAMJACK! They are honest, fair priced and do good work!

Andrew and his crew of 4 and another crew of 2 John and Bo were very punctual and professional.
Andrew was lead and took the time to answer any questions.
When I would go out to watch one of the crew would explain what was happening. Someone came to tell me when they were going to jack up the house so I could see. Very interesting!
The crew treated my property and home as if it was theirs.
The project was supposed to be 2 day, but there was no stopping these crews. It was completed in 1 day.
I would wholeheartedly recommend RAM JACK!!!
