We moved into our home 6 weeks ago. A few weeks ago, we hired Construemax to change a valve on our tub. Little did we know what a complete and utter mistake that would be. What we were left with after hiring Construemax is a scuffed and chipped surface to our once beautiful jacuzzi tub, jets that no longer work due to the water damage, a giant leak in our ceiling on two separate occasions, brown spots on our ceiling covered by incorrect paint, an increased energy bill due to a fan being run for days to dry out the water damage caused by the company, and weeks of unnecessary stress. You can imagine how disheartening this whole process was after just moving into a new home of which the bathroom was a major selling point. Unfortunately, our complaints fell on deaf ears. Over the past few weeks, we have made numerous calls that were ignored and never returned. We have had missed and canceled appointments, for which we missed days of work. The manager Chris was understanding at first and took full blame; however, after our repeated attempts to solve issues, he became extremely rude. Perhaps he was annoyed with our phone calls, however, we were not willing to live with a leaking ceiling and no running water due to Construemax’s mistake. Not only were we left without water for days, and debris all over the floor, but the stress of this whole situation has been nearly unbearable. Not exactly the stress a 7 month pregnant woman needs. Construemax, I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but if I could give you a negative amount of stars, I would. Sincerely disappointed at the lack of care and humanity displayed by customer service at this company.

I would recommend Edson and his Construemax crew to anyone in need of their services. I encountered a rare situation which involved two separate insurance claims only a few months apart. Edson was quick to communicate with myself and my insurance agent in order to expedite my claims. It was a pleasant long process due to the separate claims, my personal requests, and all of the areas affected. I felt extremely comfortable leaving Yuri in my home daily to remodel 90% of the house.
