Warning to those of you just wanting a quote. TruGreen has not stopped calling my phone from different numbers and even showed up at my house after I told them I wasn’t interested.
During my first call, I asked about lawn cleanup and was told they do not offer that service, but they still tried to sell me weed control and pest services instead. It does not make sense to pay for weed control if the lawn has not even been mowed or cleaned up first.
On the second call, I confirmed again that they do not provide the service I need, told them I am not interested, and ended the call. Despite that, they continue to contact me. And much worse show up at my house.
This is extremely unprofessional after I repeatedly said I was not interested and asked them to stop calling.
