Our eco-friendly lawn conversion replaces a traditional grass lawn with a living garden that needs far less water, mowing, and fertilizer. We begin by looking at your soil and sun exposure, then remove the turf and prepare the ground for new plantings. Drought-tolerant natives and flowers are installed to give you color through the seasons while supporting pollinators. Our work produces no emissions, and we use renewable energy for our equipment. Many homeowners find the change surprisingly easy...

Native plant garden installation focuses on species that grew in the Chicago area long before lawns were common. We select plants suited to your light, soil, and moisture, then set them in place with attention to spacing so they establish strong roots. Native plants tend to be hardy and resilient once established, and they provide food and shelter for local birds and insects. We handle the planting from start to finish so you know the garden is put in correctly from the beginning. Contact us if...

Placement matters too, so we look at sun, wind, and how the space will be used. Our team builds these gardens with minimal disturbance and sustainable practices throughout. A well-designed pollinator garden brings life to your ya...

After installation we include quarterly weeding to help the new garden get established. Many neighbors notice the difference, and so will you. Get in touch to schedule a vis...

Water conservation landscaping uses plants and techniques that need little irrigation once they are established. We group plants by water needs, choose drought-tolerant natives, and set up filtered watering when a garden needs extra help during establishment. Our approach avoids the constant sprinkling many traditional lawns require. We also give part of our profits to water conservation efforts, which is part of why we take this work seriously. If you want a yard that uses less water without lo...

We power our tools and transportation with renewable energy, which keeps the impact of each visit low. This applies to planting, maintenance, and seasonal work alike.
