RHI Supply

At RHI Supply, we maintain one of the most comprehensive inventories of HVACR parts and materials in the Fargo region. With access to over 25,000 SKUs, we stock everything from common repair components to hard-to-find specialty items. Whether you need a replacement motor for a residential air conditioner, a commercial refrigeration control, or a specific valve for an industrial heating system, we have you covered.

Our parts inventory includes all major categories: refrigeration components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves), heating parts (heat exchangers, burners, igniters, thermostats), air conditioning supplies (coils, fans, capacitors, contactors), controls and sensors, tools, and safety equipment. We carry hundreds of well-known brands like Copeland, Danfoss, Panasonic, Honeywell, and Modine, as well as obscure manufacturers you might struggle to find elsewhere.

Our process is simple and contractor-focused. You can order online through our user-friendly portal, call us directly, or visit one of our six locations in Fargo. Our sales team is trained to quickly locate parts, cross-reference numbers, and suggest alternatives if needed. We pride ourselves on same-day shipping for orders placed before our cutoff time, ensuring you get back to your job site without unnecessary delays. For contractors working on tight deadlines, our 24-hour emergency service is available to get critical parts to you fast. RHI Supply is not just a supplier; we are a partner committed to keeping your projects moving forward.

When you are on a job site and a part is not working or you cannot identify the right component, you need answers immediately. RHI Supply offers expert phone support staffed by real people with deep HVACR knowledge. Unlike big-box stores or automated hotlines, when you call 800-345-7911, you will speak directly with one of our experienced salespeople – many of whom have backgrounds in the field.

Our technical support goes far beyond order taking. We help you troubleshoot problems, verify part compatibility, cross-reference obsolete numbers, and even suggest alternative solutions that can save you time and money. Because we are local to the Fargo climate, our team understands the specific stresses that local HVACR systems face. We can guide you to the right part for the application, whether it is a low-ambient kit for a northern rooftop unit or a specific defrost control for a walk-in freezer.

This service is available during business hours, and we treat every call as a priority. For contractors, this means less time on hold, fewer return trips to the supply house, and more confidence in the parts you install. Our goal is to make sure you get the correct part the first time, reducing warranty claims and callbacks. When you combine our phone expertise with our huge inventory and fast shipping, you get a level of service that truly helps you get the job done right.

Time is money in the HVACR trade. A delayed part can mean an unhappy customer, a lost revenue opportunity, or even an emergency situation. RHI Supply is built for speed and reliability. We offer same-day shipping on orders placed in time, ensuring that the parts you need are on their way to your shop or job site without delay. Our six strategically located warehouses in Fargo (Fargo, Bismarck, Minot, Grand Forks, Baxter, and Alexandria) allow us to serve the entire region efficiently.

But we know that emergencies happen outside of regular hours. A refrigeration system can fail in the middle of the night, or a heating unit might go down during a cold snap. That is why RHI Supply offers 24-hour emergency service. If you have a critical situation, our team is ready to help you get the necessary parts, even after hours. We coordinate with our on-call staff to pull inventory and arrange for pickup or delivery as quickly as possible.

Our delivery promise is supported by robust logistics and real-time inventory management. When we say a part is in stock, we mean it. For large projects, we also offer custom kitting services, where we pre-assemble all necessary components for a job, saving you hours of gathering and organizing. With on-time and accurate delivery as our standard, RHI Supply takes the stress out of parts logistics. Whether it is a routine maintenance item or a midnight emergency, you can count on us to deliver.

RHI Supply believes that a knowledgeable technician is the best asset a contracting business can have. That is why we offer regular in-person HVACR training sessions and events at our Fargo locations. Our training covers a wide range of topics, from basic refrigeration principles to advanced controls, variable refrigerant flow systems, and emerging technologies like heat pumps and indoor air quality solutions.

Our sessions are led by industry experts and often feature representatives from our major brand partners, giving you direct access to factory-level knowledge. We keep our curriculum timely and relevant based on feedback from local contractors. If there is a topic you want to see covered – such as new refrigerant regulations, troubleshooting specific equipment, or business management for HVACR pros – we encourage you to let us know. We design our events to be hands-on and practical, providing CEU opportunities where applicable.

Attending a training event at RHI Supply also gives you a chance to network with other professionals in the Fargo area, tour our facilities, and see our inventory firsthand. Check our online events calendar regularly for upcoming sessions. Even if there are no current events listed, we are always planning the next one. Investing in your skills pays off in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety. Let RHI Supply be your partner in professional development.
