I have a small project where I use some specific chain link fence parts to mount my flagpole to my RV. I read several reviews for various companies and actually read where people commented they were told their project was too small. ouch.... ( the national box stores did not stock anything big enough for my project. I called AllPRO and talked to Otto. After discussing my needs Otto advised he had the correct size in stock. I drove over to the facility and met with several fellows (Otto was at lunch) that showed me what I had asked for. I purchased the THREE (yes only three)pieces I needed. I apologize for not remembering their names. I should have written them down. They were genuinely interested in my project and how I was resolving the associated challenges. Before our son was born, my husband and I started discussing the need for a fence around our pool. There are so many options available, we didn’t know where to start. We have several friends that had a temporary fence installed, but we weren't quite convinced that was the right route for us. We sought quotes from other companies for a rod iron gate to enclose our pergola, but the sticker shock and lack of customer service left a bad taste in our mouth. Our son is now just shy of a year old and starting to walk with the assistance of a walker. It took less than a week of him practicing on his walker for us to know he'd be independently walking very soon and tall enough to mess with the latch of our sliding door out to the backyard. It was time to stop procrastinating and have a pool gate installed. My husband did thorough research and came across All-Pro Fence. From their responsiveness and ease to request an at-home visit for a quote, to the straightforward and competitive pricing, to the highest level of professionalism and expertise on install day, we couldn't be more thrilled with our new gate. Considering the evening prior to our install brought a monumental haboob and rainstorm resulting in considerable damage throughout the Valley, including our own yard, I figured install would be postponed or delayed. But with All-Pro Fence, not a chance! Jason and Grant arrived bright and early, immediately got to work, and displayed professionalism and expertise with every move they made. They truly made the whole process very simple for us with fantastic results and made us question why we were so hesitant to begin with. When they wrapped up their masterpiece, Jason walked me to the gate for inspection and proudly said, "I went through everything with a fine-tooth comb for this install, but I'd like to confirm you're happy with the final result." He was right: the perfection speaks for itself. All-Pro Fence, thank you for giving us peace of mind to help keep our son safe and creating a fence that we're proud of. All-Pro Fence saved us!!! We had a difficult block wall repair going on in our yard, where the block wall between us and our neighbor needed to be repaired. They have pets, and we have pets, and All-Pro Fence saved the day by constructing a temporary chain link fence with privacy screening while the repairs were being done. The temp fence from All-Pro allowed all of our pets to remain in our yards and provided much peace of mind. The entire staff is just incredible to deal with, and a special shout out to Lauren in the office, and also the experienced and caring crew who constructed the fencing........Sophie, Alex, Jesse, and Ryan! If you need chain link fencing, this is the place to go!! These folks honestly treat you like family.
