Just adding to my previous 5 star review I still give Juke Auto years later! I cannot say enough complimentary things about them. They are the best of the best! I know when I take my car there that my car is in good hands. They are transparent, genuine, caring and conscientious. I love that they take pictures to share with me of needed work, discuss options and sometimes offer suggestions for dyi things that might even save me a little money.
I trust them wholeheartedly to always do what’s in my best interest for my safety the safety of my car and to keep my car running at its best at all times.
As we all know car repairs are not ever cheap but I think they make effort to be competitive in their pricing. I know they are not building a ticket of unnecessary repairs and trust in them to only do what is necessary unlike some shops I have read about on the internet. I never have to worry about that with Juke!

I wish I had the positive experience everyone else had. This place is close to me and I'd love to take my cars here to get serviced. I'm sure they are good at basic car maintenance like oil changes and filter changes.
I've taken two cars here and both of them were misdiagnosed. They **required** that I perform the service they ask before doing anything else. In both instances, I gave them clear videos with the issues that were occurring. But both times, they diagnosed it to something else which didn't fix the issue even when I expressed doubt about what they were saying the problem was.
I ended up fixing both issues myself after paying them to attempt to fix it. And I'm an amateur. I took it to a professional to diagnose--not guess what the issue is.

Their team is SO accommodating in getting your vehicle done in a timely manner, they send you photos and videos of what’s going on with the vehicle so you fully understand where the issues are and go above and beyond to make you feel cared for. Mechanics stayed late every time I brought my car in to ensure I could get it home by the deadlines I needed without complaint. I worked with Miguel and he was awesome. I highly highly recommend this place!!
