We purchased a new home in July and noticed a few rooms were sloped so we made a call to Sunshine Foundation Repairs. Solomon was our inspector and I could not have been more satisfied with his work. He assessed everything I asked, went above and beyond to explain what the measurements meant, and even went under my house to assess the beams! At the end of the inspection, he told me what COULD be done and how much it would cost which is typically very expensive. But more importantly, he gave me his honest assessment about what was actually needed, as if it was his own home. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. These are the types of inspectors and workers companies need to hire and promote, not "salesmen" who try to upsell you on everything just to meet their quotas. We need honest and straightforward individuals we can trust, and Solomon is that. I will recommend him to anyone I know! Thank you Solomon!

Reached out by phone during my initial phone call and was able to speak to the owner Ram who answered the phone. Ram explained the coordinated process and team approach required to repair my foundation issues and to apply Seismic Retrofitting. Sam came out and did an initial assessment. Plans were drawn by his team and submitted to the city of Lakewood for approval to obtain a permit. A crew specializing in both foundation repair and Seismic Retrofitting was assigned and professionally completed the repairs beyond my expectations. This was a hard working team and I appreciated their efforts. City of Lakewood came out and inspected the work which passed their inspection with no corrective actions needed. They were the only company that didn’t use scare tactics during the inspection, which immediately set them apart. They took the time to address all of my concerns and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. I am so happy I called Sunshine Foundation Repairs. My wife and I decided to replace our wood and tile flooring. When removing the tile and wood, I noticed what I thought to be a sizable crack in our cement slab. Its about 15 feet long, several mm wide, no moisture. I was quite worried. Golan, from Sunshine Foundation Repairs came out to inspect it. He examined the crack and also did a laser level measurement of our entire floor. He found the crack to be normal and our floor was almost perfectly level in all areas. He said just clean out the joint and fill with epoxy and it will be fine, not a structural issue. No charge on for the call as well. What an honest repairman and company. I've never had a repair person not come up with something to charge for. I highly recommend this company. Thanks you!.
