I have been going here for what seems like 7 or 8 years now. They always do top notch work. Everything I have ever brought here always comes back pristine. Suits, Jackets, Pants, Shoes, Hats, Backpacks, Fanny Packs, mending and hemming. They do it all. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The only thing I will say, sometimes the prices do feel very high, almost painfully high sometimes. Other than this they are amazing and it is definitely worth 5 stars every time.

My usual guy that handles my dry cleaners needed to settled some family affairs and so he shared with me that he was going to be out for a while. Naturally, I began looking at highly rated cleaners that was along my commute. Occidental Cleaners came in with glowing reviews and while there are other cleaners I could have went to, this was most convenient at the time.
Initially the service was fine, but that deteriorated later down the line. She had difficulty spelling my name and taking down my number, and mind you I was patient and understanding, while at the same time trying to break it down as slowly as possible. I had about 5 shirts, a hoodie, a jean jacket, and a small repair that needed to be made on a cotton shirt. That total was around $95.00. I was just floored, anywhere else this would have been no more than $60-$70 (if that), but this just seemed unnecessarily high. I'm not one to fuss over prices, I was there the clothes needed to get cleaned, so I paid it.
I come back a few days later, and the lady at the counter can't find my items. She's now talking to me in this manner that's like disbelief that I dropped my clothes there at all. This was on me, I misplaced my receipt and thought that they would be able to draw up my order via my name and number. I go through and ransack my car to find the receipt and bring it to her, just to find out that she misspelled my name and wrote down the wrong number. But wait it gets even funnier. Once she gathers my clothes, she tells me that she charged me the wrong amount on one of my clothes by like $5.00, and that she needs me to pay for that. Of course I'm also hit with a .50 cent charge because I'm using my card.
For this flagrant lack of detail and negligence, especially if I'm paying now $100.00 for work that wasn't even beyond the common standard of dry-cleaning, I had to give this establishment this rating. If I find the receipt, I'll make sure to update it with the name of the lady that was up front. Overall, I would avoid, overcharging in this market is just bad business. The reason this has any stars at all is for the workers who actually did clean and repair my clothes, but the service makes this place untenable to go to.

Debated on posting this review but after seeing other previous reviews of just how poor this place was, I have to post mine.
Wasa customer for 5 years from law school into becoming a lawyer. One day I leave my debit card, a card I had active for years with zero issues. They inform me that I left it and to get it the next day. I forget to get it the following day and that night I get a fraud alert on my phone. The bank confirms that someone tried to input my debit card number and use it.
A card I’ve never lost and never had red flagged once, was now frozen due to fraudulent use - the one day I left it at the dry cleaners. Upon confronting them, they denied it even though the bank confirmed that it was my debit card left with them at the cleaners.
They gave me attitude like I was the problem upon confronting them.
Looking at past reviews from others it’s clear they cannot be trusted. If this is how they treat attorneys… beware. Do not come here. There are better places nearby and for cheaper.
