Shawn is the BEST! I would recommend him and his company to anyone trying to repo a car. I hired him to do a private repo. He answered the phone on the first call, listened to my story, we hashed out the details, and within the next couple of days he had my car safe and sound at his lot. Shawn is so awesome and down to earth.. Things got a bit messy during the time my car was at his lot until I was able to fly out there from Arizona, to get it. I had my car repo’d from my ex, and he got the cops and a lawyer involved, and they tried to harass, bully and punk Shawn, but he stood his ground. Shawn knows the law, and he makes sure he dots his i’s and crosses his t’s before hand, so there will never be anything to worry about when your car is in his possession. I am filing this complaint due to the incredibly poor and misleading experience I had with this company. This situation occurred during one of the most difficult times in my life, as I was battling a life-threatening illness and grieving the recent loss of a close family member. Unfortunately, I lost my car during this time. The vehicle was not solely in my name, so I was required to go through a third-party release process. I called this company multiple times, and after many attempts, someone finally answered and provided the information I needed to retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle. Because I was unable to reclaim the vehicle, it ultimately went to auction. I was then sent a letter stating that I could retrieve my belongings—this letter was dated in March. I was told by an employee that the letter was sent on March 7th; however, during the same call, they contradicted themselves regarding the date and the policy. Over the course of three separate phone calls, I was told twice that my belongings were still on site, and that they would be returned in trash bags. When I called again to confirm if the necessary paperwork had been received, I was told it had not, and advised to follow up with the company that processes third-party authorizations. Shortly afterward, I received another call stating that they weren't sure if my items were still there due to an “expiration” in March. At no point was I ever informed of any expiration date for retrieval, and the letter I received indicated otherwise. I appreciate that they allow a 60-day retrieval period, but the inconsistency and lack of basic customer service has been unacceptable. I was given conflicting explanations repeatedly—sometimes told the items were still there, then told they were discarded, with no clear timeline. The most upsetting part is that many of these items held sentimental value and belonged to my deceased family member. I was told my things were thrown away “just yesterday,” after being told they were discarded much earlier. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns, the owner reportedly stated that they can do as they please because they are a family-owned business and are not held to the same standards as government agencies. That may be true in terms of structure, but it does not excuse the misleading information, poor communication, or the complete lack of empathy. I acknowledge that I was at fault for falling behind on my car payments. However, I’ve been trying to rebuild my life through a very challenging time, and this experience has only made things harder. Being given false hope that my belongings were safe—only to be told otherwise after several calls—has been devastating. This business's behavior reflects poorly on what a family-owned company should represent. I sincerely hope they learn to operate with more integrity, consistency, and compassion in the future.

My vehicle is here. I made the mistake of not calling to promise to pay, I figured I’d pay it all on payday so no need. My vehicle was repossessed the day before payday. I had to pay more than what I initially owed bc of it (my fault). I have sent an appointment request to the email on the website however, I sent it Friday so I’ll have to wait for a response.Hopefully I can pick up as soon as you open on Monday. I use my truck for work, but my wife uses the vehicle for her work. I am looking forward to retrieving my vehicle, please don’t let me down. I paid everything already as of Friday afternoon, vehicle was repossessed Wednesday morning. I will update once I pick up my vehicle. I am hoping to keep my review at 5 stars. Thank you!

Horrible company. They damaged my drivers side lock when breaking into my vehicle to repo it. There was also two new dents on my drivers side door. My car was parked (left in neutral for 2 days) not even 12 inches away from the car next to it. The chick up front had a toddler with her in the office and walking around all the cars when she went back with me to get my car. Then she was flirting with this dude, and he’s picking up her kid through the window. Obviously not his dad either. So unprofessional. They never answer the phone but want you to schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle?? AND they’re only open 4-5 hours in the middle of the work day?? A scam to keep vehicles longer, and make people pay more to get it back. Ridiculous, shady, and unprofessional.
