I paid almost $700 for them to trap rats in the wall and set a couple of mouse traps. 3 months later my contract is up with them and I still have the rats in the wall, scratching , knocking, pooping and peeing. They said if I wanted to use poison I'd have to sign up for a monthly membership. I do not recommend this company if you have critters living in the wall. They do not do anything about that besides take your money. It really sucks to have paid so much for little sticky traps and weak traps that aren't strong enough for big rats. I'm super disappointed and I had been using this company for all my properties and now I need to find someone new to handle my property portfolio.

The first reason our school chose Orange Planet was to ensure no dangerous chemicals were used around the kids. But the reason we’ll stick with Planet Orange was the service! Sophia was extremely professional and efficient. I am just a volunteer parent and when she knew I was the last service on her route and that she has a very full schedule she called me in the morning to give me plenty of time to adjust my schedule if needed! I can’t even tell you how rare that kind of courtesy is. She was super on top of her knowledge and found a massive wasp nest that has been a problem for over a year. Can’t say enough nice things really. Thanks for taking pride in your job and we’ll see you next time!
